Military Aviation Photographs

Born in Basle, Switzerland, my interest in military aviation became noticeable at a very early age, although my own military service was with the Swiss Army. The European airshow circuit held a magical attraction and I spent most of my free time with a camera visiting various aviation events across Europe.

Always interested in the East, I travelled extensively across Asia and fell in love with the continent, its culture, its people - and my wonderful wife Jeong-Mi whom I met in Korea. I have finally settled in Australia from which I make my trips to Asia, Europe and the Americas.

I consider myself very fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit over 50 air forces on all six continents and fly in more than 100 different aircraft types to take the air-to-air images of which you can see a small proportion on these pages.
